| Life has been quite a journey for me! I've had some interesting travels from South America to Hawaii and to quite a few other states.
My family and friends are wonderful, of which I am truly thankful for! All 3 of my girls are grown and married, and I have 4 grandbabies-13, 11, 7 and 4. I'm probably as close to my son-in-laws as I am with my daughters. We always have a great time when we get together.
Once a month, I volunteer at my local jail to teach Bible study to the ladies through my church ministry. Most of them are only there a short time, so I like to give them something to look forward to when they leave. I'm a certified Master Life Coach and I incorporate a lot of that in my studies.
I like a little adventure-I've found a lot of new things to enjoy I never thought I would. I like travel, boating, beaches(anything to do with the water), wine tasting events, musicals, museums, cultural events, shopping, walks, entertaining family and friends, cooking. I'm told I'm a great cook and I love cooking with that special man. I enjoy holding hands, soulful conversation, snuggling up to a warm fireplace with a glass of wine or hot cocoa, hugs and kisses that start out slow, and dancing when no one's around...

| I firmly believe that if the lines in a man's life between where he ends and G-d begins are so faded as to be unseen, that a woman would have to find the depths of G-d to find her man, her Boaz. I am hoping that by being direct about my willingness to be TOTALLY submitted to G-d , His Word and His mission I will find a "Ruth" out there who wants to take her life and her service to G-d to the next level! I have a full time ministry (Habiru House MInistries) where you can find me and find out about me. This means not living "in" the world, not relying upon the world's systems (banks, credit, television, medicine and other parts of the world's sytems). We are called out and are supposed to look and act different. It's the difference in our lives that affects people. The Greek word in the New Testament that is translated into the word "church" is the word "ekklesia" which is defined as a "called out one". We have to be called out or we haven't really accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, and we haven't given our lives to Him. Being a beleiver is not something that we do on Saturday or Sunday, it is a way of life that we live each and every moment of every day. I now seek to do His will more literally in my life and spread the Gospel. If you do not agree with me stop reading now and pass me by!
I believe that a man of G-d should follow the Word of G-d and therefore I do not approach the woman, as Solomon did not go to the queen of Sheba and Boaz did not go to Ruth.
I am a 57 year young ministry head of German, English & Cherokee heritage, who lives part time in Eastern Tennesse and part time in southern Maryland. I am at an extremely happy point in my life, and my spirituality has indeed given me a new and extremely passionate perspective towards all of life. I am a very passionate, affectionate and intellectual man who wants to live life at the very highest level and am very secure in my abilities as a great companion and lover, very domestic (great cook, love to clean & shop) and generally am very, very content with myself, I have waited all my life to have a soulmate, a partner who thinks and “feels” like I do. Someone for whom passion is not a mode, it is a way of life, someone for whom expecting more out of life everyday is not a dream it is a demand we put on life, someone who desires to "live" for G-d each and every day to the highest level and to live out His Word literally in my everyday life!!! That is not negotiable...I have refined my walk with G-d over the years and now seek and know Him in a most close and personal way daily...I believe in His Spirit but do not believe in religion or the dogma it prescribes...I live a very different life and schedule than most people.
Addendum...since these seem to be prominant selection criteria let me clarify..I hate guns, fast cars, do not do motorcycles of any type or power boats, perfer hand tools over power tools and do not like football nor do I watch sports on television..in fact I don't own a TV, I don't smoke, do drugs of any kind or drink...there that should help some of you make your mind up easier..I am looking for a woman who wants a man of G-d!..hope you enjoy... | The most important thing to know about me is that I love the Lord and I take my walk with him very seriously. I believe in speaking it and backing it up with the way I live. Of course, God is a God of laughter also and I love having good clean fun and sharing that laughter with my family and friends. I have two beautiful daughters. Both are married. (Amy) and her husband have a 6 year old daughter and are expecting their newborn son soon. My other daughter and her husband have two daughters (toddler and an infant).
I am very involved in my church and love the work of the Lord. There are so many things that you want to share on this site hoping that people will not just see a face but really know who you are; but it seems there is really no exact words that always can pinpoint the words to describe to let others know YOU! I do believe; however, that I am worth getting to know if you are seeking someone in your life that is real, puts God first and makes decisions based upon His will and doesn't put on a show of portraying something I'm not.
God knows who is out there for me but I will wait until God brings that one that is in His perfect will for me and me for Him. I still believe in a God of signs and wonders and know that if it is in His will for someone to be in my life again that there will be no doubt of who it is.

I love to laugh and be silly, can have serious conversations, know how to say I am sorry when required, very sentimental, compassionate and a great listener. I DO tell the one I love how much I love them and tell them often. I love music, especially gospel. I have been involved in the music ministry for years as well as many other aspects of the church. I am third generation Pentecostal and believe there is no other way. I love living for God. I enjoy being with family and friends, but can be very happy spending time at home.
