I am a ENFJ. I am very passionate about the Lord and serving him but I am also very easy going and laid back when it comes to other things.
I am a romantic but not hopless..
I enjoy deep personal conversations, but I also have a very dry/witty since of humor and love to make others laugh whenever possible. However, even when I am acting witty and goofy in "attempts" to get a laugh, in the background I am normally analyzing things, situations, and people.
My friends often tell me I am like a Chameleon because I tend to adapt to the people I am around. (Although I do not "adapt" in ways that jeopardize my beliefs and morals.)I have been told that I am very good at reading and understanding others. I generally have no problem socializing with many different types and ages of people.
When I first walk into a room of people I try to be sensitive to everyone in the room and there non verbal cues.
For example If I walk into a room and everyone "seems" upset I wont walk in and start telling jokes =). Instead I will adapt myself to the situation and try to help in anyway I can, if its needed.I enjoy serving and helping others whenever the opportunity presents itself.
I don't read philosophy but I enjoy conversations about the subject, and often ponder and think about similar things.
I prefer and seek deep intimate relationships/friendships, I value and cherish being able to dig in deep and really get to know some one. But I am also learning not everyone seeks that in a friendships. And that sometimes you must be content with more casual relations, and not strive to push people beyond the limits they feel comfortable with.
Although I am not shy, I take some time to really open up on a deep personal level so I require some patience and empathy.
I much rather have things simple I prefer casual dress and it will NEVER take me hours to get ready to go somewhere. I only like to really dress up on special occasions. I grew up in more of a Tom Boy setting, video games and mice don't scare me, but high heels do.... However, I am open for change on that note =).
My passion in life is helping others, I have a heart for the lost and broken and the hurting, Because I am empathetic to people I often find myself in counseling type situations.
I love encouraging others, and help people grow, and I try to make it a point to put others above myself.
Although I am a women and thus do have emotions =). I try to be raitonal and logical with figureing out solutions to problems and situations.I can normally see things from other peoples perspective.
I have noticed that a lot of people on here say things like
"I just want someone to love me for me and I don't want them to try to help change me."
That is one thing I will never say or wish for, because in my opinion as believers we should always be growing. And if some one truly loves you they will want to help you be the best person you can be for the Lord. You are never done growing in the Lord until you walk of the earth like Enoch. So unless I walk off this earth I am not where I need to be and should be striving to be a better person |
